Seams Country Return Policy
Returns
Products can be returned for a full refund, minus shipping costs, up to 14 days from the day I ship the product to you. Refunds will be made as long as the products is in like new condition. You must email me and mail the products back to me within the 14 day period in order to receive a full refund.
Defective Product
Before shipping your product out, I double check to make sure it meets my standards. If your product is defective in any way, I will be more than happy to offer a refund or correct the problem for you. Please e-mail me and we can make
arrangements.
Insurance
I am NOT responsible for any lost items in the mail. If you would like your package insured please select this option at check out (Hyena Cart) or contact me by e-mail to let me know you would like your package insured (this option available with check out soon). I am not
responsible for packages lost or damage in the mail.
